Minister set to close tax loopholes

Tax loopholes are set to be closed off today as Minister for Finance Charlie McCreevy publishes his Finance bill for 2003.

Speculation is rife that tax loopholes for the rich will be closed off in a package of measures to earn more revenue for the State.
