SF challenges Blair to implement Agreement in full

Sinn Féin has challenged the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair, to come forward with radical plans to implement the Good Friday Agreement in full.

In return, the party says, it believes the IRA will recognise the significance of being able to break the deadlock and will reciprocate.
