Shootings will only add to violence, says Ervine

The renewed violence in Belfast last overnight will only lead to further problems, a leading unionist warned today.

David Ervine of tbe Progressive Unionist Party insisted the shootings may only be the start of a series of killing sprees.

He says that now the danger will spread. Mr Ervine also warned there should be no 'knee-jerk' reaction to the shootings.
