Greens call for release of rail report

The Green Party are calling on the Government to present the strategic review of rail to the Dail.

The Greens want Seamas Brennan to release the report for debate.

Deputy Eamon Ryan of the party insists that a debate is necessary to quell public concern over rail issues.

They want the report released to stimulate a debate on the National Transport Strategy.

Deputy Ryan insists that people are very confused at this stage and that the only facts coming out of the report are from leaks to the press.
