Officials to examine fishing vessel in Galway

Officials from the Department of the Marine will this afternoon examine the catch of an Irish-registered Spanish-owned trawler.

The boat is being detained by Gardai in the city this afternoon after it was escorted one hundred miles to shore by the naval vessel L.E. Aoife.
