Former Government press secretary, Frank Dunlop, makes a return to the witness stand today, when he resumes giving testimony at the planning and payments tribunal.

Former Government press secretary, Frank Dunlop, makes a return to the witness stand today, when he resumes giving testimony at the planning and payments tribunal.

He has previously told Justice Fergus Flood he was given £25,000 to give councillors in return for votes on re-zoning motions in Dublin County Council in the 1990's.
