Greens: social housing a problem

The Government is being called on to have a rethink about the planning development act.

The Green Party's Trevor Sargent TD says that the Government u-turn has left building developers off the hook on social housing.

Deputy Sargent says the u-turn by the Government will ultimately create a housing ghetto.

He insists that ghettos will appear without communities cooperating together near places of employment and facilities that any society needs to function.
