Adams not surprised by softening in DUP stance
Sinn Fein president Gerry Adams has said he was not surprised by comments from DUP deputy leader Peter Robinson last night that his party would co-operate with republicans if the IRA ceased to exist.
Speaking at the Forum for Peace and Reconciliation in Dublin, Mr Adams said the DUP and Sinn Fein are already co-operating and sharing power on local councils throughout the North.
