Weather disrupts completion of Dublin Spire

Winds gusting at O'Connell St in Dublin have prevented the fourth and final section of the Dublin Spire being lifted into place.

Engineers are monitoring the wind speed and, as yet, no decision has been made on when the work on the monument might resume.
