A sick and penniless man trapped in the Middle East has been abandoned by the British government, he claimed today.

A sick and penniless man trapped in the Middle East has been abandoned by the British government, he claimed today.

For 18 months Henk van Rein has been refused permission to leave the United Arab Emirates and return home to Northern Ireland.
