Cardinal meets abuse victims

Cardinal Desmond Connell is meeting two victims of clerical sex abuse.

The talks come after Marie Collins and Ken Reilly demanded Dr Connell's resignation as Archbishop of Dublin.

They had threatened to hold a silent protest on January 5th demanding he step down. It is unknown as yet if the organisers will go ahead with the planned protest.
