Man critical after Wexford road accident

A man in his 40s was seriously injured when his bicycle was in collision with a car at the junction of Hill St and Wygram St in Wexford around 1am this morning.

He is in a critical condition and has been transferred to Beaumont Hospital for treatment.

Gardai are seeking to identify the man and have described him as being on medium build with shoulder length brown hair, balding on top and with a moustache.
