Teenage girl raped by two men

Police in the North have launched an investigation following the rape of a teenage girl in Co Down.

The 17-year-old was attacked by two men in Banbridge in the early hours of yesterday morning.

The attackers are described as being in their late teens of early twenties. They were wearing dark suits, white shirts and ties.

Police believe the men may have been attending a Christmas function and have appealed for anyone who may have any information to contact them.
