Mary Robinson to address prison reform conference

The former UN Commissioner on Human Rights, Mary Robinson, will be the key speaker at a conference on prisoners' rights in Dublin later this morning.

The conference, organised by the Irish Penal Reform Trust (IPRT), will demand better services for prisoners with mental health problems.

The IPRT has expressed a serious concerns about the services for prisoners with a personality disorder as opposed to psychiatric disorders.
