Mary Robinson to address prison reform conference

The former UN Commissioner on Human Rights, Mary Robinson, will be the key speaker at a conference on prisoners' rights in Dublin later this morning.

The conference, organised by the Irish Penal Reform Trust (IPRT), will demand better services for prisoners with mental health problems.
