ESRI want taxes on non-renewable energy

A conference dealing with the issue of Green taxes is taking place in Dublin later this morning.

The Economic and Social Research Institute is discussing ways to cut Ireland's Greenhouse gas output by the introduction of taxes of non-renewable energy.
