Man in hospital after shooting incident

A man is being treated in hospital following a shooting incident in Dublin late last night.

The man, who is in his mid twenties, was shot in the leg following a disturbance outside a pub in Killeen Road in Ballyfermot at around 11pm.

The victim was taken to St James' hospital where his condition has been described as stable.
