Deputy Liz McManus insists that only the best quality of blood can be used especially considering the recent Lindsey Tribunal.

She says that both the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Health are at loggerheads but that there are priorities that need to be addressed.

Deputy McManus says the result could be damaging for the health service.
