Dublin commuters hit by fare hikes

Dublin commuters and shoppers face fare hikes on bus routes today, as hikes by Dublin Bus come into effect.

Fares on several routes have reportedly risen by 15%, though the Minister for Transport only sanctioned a rise of 9%.
