Gardaí at Raheny are appealing for witnesses to a hit-and-run accident which occurred at Kilbarrack Road at 3.50am today.

A male pedestrian was struck by a small navy Ford car which failed to stop and headed along Kilbarrack Road towards the coast road.

Any with information is asked to contact the Gardai at Raheny garda station at 01 6664300.
