DUP: Concessions being granted to paramilitaries

The DUP is claiming the British government is preparing to deliver an amnesty for paramilitaries who have been on the run.

The party's deputy leader, Peter Robinson, is also alleging that republicans are being offered further incentives in the current round of negotiations.
