Clarification - Olivia Mitchell

Urgent clarification:

A report filed today (Friday) to Thomas Crosbie Media on the proceedings of the Flood Tribunal mistakenly and inadvertently contained a reference to Fine Gael TD Olivia Mitchell.

We wish to stress and clarify that at no time was Ms Mitchell accused of any wrongdoing nor is she under investigation by the tribunal.
