US special envoy meets with Taoiseach and Cowen

The United States special envoy to Ireland has held talks with the Taoiseach and Minister for Foreign Affairs in Dublin.

Richard Haass is now on his way to Belfast, where crucial round-table talks are taking place between the pro-Agreement parties.
