Minister honours marine heroes

The Minister for the Marine has honoured 44 rescuers for their acts of heroism.

At a ceremony in Dublin Castle today the men and women received the Marine Meritorious Award for putting their lives on the line to rescue people in difficulty in Ireland's marine environment.
