Flooding causes bus and rail disruption

Flooding in the midlands and east of the country is causing severe travel disruption this morning, with delays on bus and rail services in the Dublin area.

Bus Eireann said all its services into Dublin are running one to two hours late and will continue to do so for the rest of the day.
