McBreartys seek Dail motion on extending Morris Tribunal

The family at the centre of allegations of Garda harassment in Co Donegal has asked the opposition to table a private members’ motion in the Dail calling for the extension of the Morris Tribunal’s terms of reference.

The McBrearty family, from Raphoe, are not co-operating with the tribunal at present because they claim the terms of reference are too narrow.
