The Morris Tribunal has heard claims that two Gardai paid a Co Sligo man to lie about two members of the extended McBrearty family.

Bernard Conlon said he was paid more than £2,000 (€2,540) by Detective John White and Garda John Nicholson to make false statements against Mark McConnell and Michael Peoples.
