An Taisce criticises councils on planning procedures

An Taisce has strongly criticised Meath, Cork and Leitrim County Councils for failing to properly notify the public of planned developments in their areas.

The heritage body says that the three councils are all guilty of failing to publish lists of planning applications until it's too late for people to object.
