Garda alleges conversations secretly taped

The Morris Tribunal has heard allegations made by a senior Garda that conversations between prisoners and their visitors were secretly taped.

Detective Sergeant John White alleges that on December 4 1996 at Letterkenny Garda Station he met Joseph Costello of the Garda Technical Bureau.
