Govts to announce plans for all-party talks
The Irish and British Governments are expected to announce their plans soon to establish multi-party talks aimed at restoring the North's devolved political institutions.
On Wednesday, the Queen of England is expected to outline plans for legislation to bring the North's policing arrangements more into line with the Patten Report's recommendations.
The two governments are then expected to formally announce a date and venue for all-party talks, probably on Thursday or Friday.
