CORI seeks budget measures for under-privileged

The Conference of Religious in Ireland has urged Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy to pay greater attention to the under-privileged in next month's budget.

CORI said it is also essential that Ireland's infrastructure, health, education and social provision are brought into line with EU averages.
