Cost of living rises by 4.6%

The cost of living rose to 4.6% last month, according to the latest inflation figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

This latest increase is attributed to the 69% rise in college registration figures and higher fees in private primary and secondary schools, as well as an increase in the cost of certain goods and services.
