SIPTU welcomes postponement of rail closures

SIPTU has welcomed CIE's decision to postpone planned rail closures on the Limerick-Rosslare and Limerick-Ballybrophy routes.

The company today agreed to delay the cutbacks until the Department of Transport's strategic rail review is finalised.
