Britain delaying Dublin/Monaghan inquiry: Ahern

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has told the Dail that lack of co-operation from the British government is delaying the inquiry into the 1974 Dublin and Monaghan bombings.

Mr Ahern was responding to opposition questions about a letter sent by the British Ministry of Defence to former service personnel which apparently asked them not to co-operate with the Barron Inquiry.
