Survey: Farm accidents lead to 24 fatalities

A survey has revealed there were accidents on one in every 10 farms last year, resulting in 24 fatalities and significant injuries.

25% of accidents were caused by livestock, while accidents involving farm machinery fell by 20%, down 15% from 1996.
