ISPCA warns of responsibilities of pet ownership

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals has issued its annual pre-Christmas warning about the responsibilities of owning a pet.

The organisation said the neglect of pets is an increasing problem in Ireland and instances of such neglect always increase after Christmas.
