Eight held after guns seized

Eight men were today being questioned after a batch of guns was seized during a police swoop in Northern Ireland.

The first arrests were made last night on the Ballymiscaw Road at Craigantlet, Co Down.

A Police Service of Northern Ireland spokesman said officers had noticed a vehicle acting suspiciously in the area.
