Ahern pleased with Adams' speech
The Taoiseach in a speech this afternoon said that he was pleased about Gerry Adam' speech made this morning.
Mr Ahern says he is pleased that the Sinn Fein leader seems determined to keep the peace process intact.
Mr Ahern is insisting all issues in the peace process must be addressed in a way which will promote confidence and allow for the restoration of the devolved institutions.
Mr Adams was speaking in Monaghan at a party conference earlier today.
