ISME welcomes new insurance board

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises Association has welcomed the Government's decision to establish a Personal Injuries Assessment Board in an effort to reduce insurance costs.

The board will deal with compensation claims outside the courts in the hope of reducing legal fees and, in turn, insurance premiums.
