No guarantee of cheaper insurance, Law Society warns

The Law Society of Ireland has said there is no guarantee that insurance costs will fall following the establishment of a Personal Injuries Assessment Board.

The Tanaiste, Mary Harney, announced this morning that that the board will be established in an effort to address compensation claims outside the courts.
