Europe gets to work after Nice vote

The "Yes" vote in the referendum for the Nice Treaty now means 10 additional states may join the EU.

Talks will begin in Holland on the economic policy adjustments to aid running a larger Europe.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern says the rest of Europe are eager to begin enlargement, although there may be rough patches ahead.
