Adams warns referendum will haunt Europe
Gerry Adams has said that the issues surrounding the Nice Treaty will come back to haunt Europe.
Speaking at Dublin Castle this evening, Mr. Adams said there would be serious ramifications from the 'Yes' result.
The Sinn Féin leader and 'No' campaigner said: "These issues from the Nice Treaty referendum will come back to haunt the European Union.
"I think the yes camp exploited the generosity of people here because they factored their campaign mostly upon the plight of the applicant states."
