Dublin Airport protest will not affect passengers

A protest over the CityJet handling dispute will get underway at 7pm this evening at Dublin Airport.

Spokesperson for the Dublin Airport Workers Network, Claire Daly, said that tonight's action would not affect passengers and is targeted at CityJet handling and its customers.

"It involves the disruption of cargo freight, very important cargo freight that leaves Dublin airport tonight and it would be a case of disrupting and delaying that activity in particular," she said.
