Ahern and Blair make Agreement pledge

Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and the British Prime Minister Tony Blair pledged in a joint statement today they will press forward with the Good Friday Agreement as it offers the people of the North the only viable future.

Mr Ahern said the key to getting the process back up and running is to rebuild trust between the sides.
