Fianna Fail plan Nice drive

Bertie Ahern's party will be battling to persuade voters to vote 'yes' this week with the Nice Treaty referendum only days away.

Fianna Fail are planning to host 12 press conferences across the nation to bolster support and secure the country's approval of the Nice Treaty.

Not only are the party pushing to pass the Treaty but they will be encouraging every citizen to come out and register their vote.

Ministers will be at all 12 conferences over the coming days as the Saturday vote comes closer.

The Conferences will be held in Sligo, Limerick, Waterford, Drogheda, Galway, Tralee, Wexford, Dublin, Ennis, Cork, Portlaoise and Athlone.
