SDLP's Maginness calls on IRA to disband

The SDLP’s Alban Maginness has called on the IRA to disband in order to save the Irish peace process and restore confidence in Sinn Fein.

Mr Maginness said that while loyalists currently pose the gravest threat to security in the North, the IRA also poses a threat to political stability.
