Incinerator challenge to resume at High Court

The High Court will today resume hearing a legal challenge by horse trainer Aidan O’Brien to a proposed incinerator near his home and stud farm in Co Tipperary.

Mr O’Brien has applied for leave to seek a judicial review of the local authority's decision to grant planning permission for the incinerator at Ballydoyle, near Cashel.
