Report: Cannabis still most common illegal drug in Europe

A new study has found that cannabis is still the most commonly used illegal drug in Europe but its abuse here may be falling.

According to the Annual Report of the European Monitoring Centre for drugs and drug addiction cannabis is also the most seized drug in the EU.
