Socialist Party warns Treaty could privatise public services

The Socialist Party is warning that the Nice Treaty paves the way for the wholesale privatisation of water, electricity, gas and postal services.

It is asking the electorate to check Article 133 of the Treaty, which deals with the way liberalisation of services should be dealt with.
