Group claims EU is corrupting defence policy

The Justice Lobby Group, AFRI, is claiming that the EU is corrupting Irish defence policy.

Professor John Maguire said a new treaty is needed that would include a binding protocol to exclude this country from taking part in or paying for new military arrangements such as a European Rapid Reaction force.
