Kenny demands to know how much Taoiseach knew

Opposition leader Enda Kenny has demanded to know the precise detail of the information the Taoiseach had that satisfied him that Ray Burke was suitable for high public office.

"I demand to know on what information he based his assertions in the Dáil, that Ray Burke was 'an honourable man' being 'hounded out of that Office' by unsubstantiated rumour, allegation and innuendo," said Deputy Kenny.
